The BMRS Test Kitchen is a one of a kind for the recruiting industry. It features a state-of-the-art commercial-style kitchen with a 48-inch Capital range and grill, two prep/sink areas, and three extension heat lamps over a large plating area. High-resolution cameras broadcast all of the action directly onto the large flat screen TV in the adjacent dining room. There is also an eight person bar for seating immediately in front of the range and plating area. 

The Test Kitchen is an ideal platform for chef candidates to showcase their culinary skills to potential employers and BMRS staff. It has proven especially valuable for clients with sensitive and confidential searches by providing a private setting for candidates to demonstrate their cooking skills and ability. Clients with new restaurant concepts also enjoy the availability of a professional style kitchen to test potential candidates during the construction process. 

Clients and the Los Angeles culinary community also utilize the kitchen for cooking demonstrations, research and development, charity dinners and special dinners prepared by top chefs from Los Angeles and around the country. 

The adjacent dining room seats twelve guests and the chef's counter directly in front of the range and plating area seats eight. This intimate setting allows chefs, clients, BMRS staff and guests to interact throughout the cooking and tasting process. The custom high-resolution camera system displays all the activity close-up on the large screen television monitor as each course is created, plated and presented.
